废刀具中金刚石等有价物质的综合回收

摘    要:本文采用密封条件下对废金刚石刀具进行了溶解,浸出残渣通过简易的的方法将金刚石、碳化钨进行较方便的分离;溶解液进行分离并制成多种化工产品.金刚石、碳化钨有价物质的综合回收率大于99%.其它有价物质的综合回收率大于96%;处理成本低.污染相对较少。经济效益和环境效益显著。

Abstract:aper,the experiment is shown to dissolve the waste diamond cutting tool in hermetic condition,and by using simple ways,waste diamond cutting tool and diamond,WC could be conveniently segregated;the dissolved liquid could be segregated and made into many kinds of chemical industrial products,The results show that the recovery of the diamond,WC is over 99%,other the recovery of reclaimed valuable materials from wastes has also been over 96%;the costing of disposing is low,pollution is relatively small.Also,th...
