| 摘 要： | 义煤集团新义煤矿地面煤流生产系统运转以来,因原煤含水量较大,黏结和泥化现象严重,经振动筛筛分后,严重堵筛孔,而且湿粉末煤黏结在大块煤矸上进入矸石仓,造成部分粉末煤资源流失。对振动筛影响生产运转的情况进行了分析,提出了改造方案,着重介绍了螺旋分级筛的结构原理、性能特点及其改造后在地面选煤系统中的实际运行效果。
