纵扭型超声电机的研发进展与现存问题

摘    要:超声电机是基于全新原理具有全新结构的高技术电机产品,而纵扭型超声电机更因其具有更大的扭矩、更好的可控性而备受业界重视从而成为研究热点.从1980年代末的纵扭复合型超声电机到最具代表性的模态转换型超声电机,国内外纵扭型超声电机的研制虽不断推陈出新,但由于研究历史尚短,理论上、技术上尚不成熟,其所面对的理论问题、摩擦磨损问题、预压力弹簧性能问题、电机结构改进问题亟待解决.
