基于直流斩波的矿用蓄电池电机车调速装置改造

摘    要:在分析电阻调速装置缺点的基础上,选用了ZBT-100/100X型IGBT直流斩波调速装置箱对矿用蓄电池电机车调速装置进行改造。介绍了IGBT直流斩波调速装置的工作原理、调速装置箱和蓄电池的改造实施方法以及改造后使用效果。应用表明,改造后的机车启动力矩大,启动平稳,调速均匀,保护功能全,节约电能30%左右,延长了蓄电池的使用寿命。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of main weak points of the electric resistance speed regulating device,ZBT-100/100X,a type of IGBT,was chosen to carry out transformation for the mine-used battery electric locomotive.The paper introduced working principle of IGBT dc-chopper device,described the implementing method of the box of velocity modulation device and storage battery.The effects of the this transformation were also expounded.Application shows that,the transformed locomotives have large starting moment,can start...
