Na~+、Cu~(2+)离子水热交换包头天然沸石的组成和结构

摘    要:用离子水热交换法将官牛犋丝光沸石和白庙子斜发沸石分别进行Na+、Cu2+离子改性。用化学分析、XRD、FT-IR、DTA-TG等技术对其表征。试验结果说明,两种沸石均属Ca型矿样,阳离子交换容量均未达到理论值,分别为0101和0173mol/100g。同时,由于离子交换、骨架配位环境的变化对矿样的晶胞参数、结晶度、T—O键反对称伸缩振动、沸石水和结构水数量都产生一定影响。并且Na+离子配位能明显抑制结构脱水。但是,经水热离子交换后,沸石骨架结构仍保持其基本特征。

Abstract:Guanniuju mordenite and Baimiaozi clinoptilolite were treated by Na + and Cu 2+ ion hydrothermal exchange, and their physical-chemical properties were characterized by chemical analysis,XRD,FT-IR and DTA-TG techniques.Experimental results show that the two natural zeolites belong to calcium form zeolites and the cation exchange capacity(CEC) are 0 101 and 0 173 mole/100g,respectively,with CEC values below the corresponding theoretical levels due to framework coordination defects of zeolite crystal.Meanwhile,the cell parameter and crystallinity,asymmetric stretch vibration of T O bond,zeolite water and structural water of the treated samples were influenced to a certain extent due to change in framework’s coordination environment.Moreover Na + ion coordinated in framework can apparently inhibit structural dehydration,with,however,the basic characteristics of the framework structure being retained still after Na + and Cu 2+ ion exchange.
