高分散性球形银粉的制备研究

摘    要:以硝酸银为原料,甲醛为还原剂,丁二酸为分散剂,通过液相还原法制备高分散性球形银粉,研究了丁二酸用量、硝酸银浓度、甲醛浓度、pH值对所制得银粉粒径的影响。用激光粒度仪、XRD、SEM对所研制的银粉进行检测和表征,结果表明,通过改变反应条件可制备2~3μm的高纯度高分散性的球形银粉。

Abstract:Finely dispersed spherical silver powder were synthesized from silver nitrate by liquid-phase reduction in the liquid phase with formaldehyde as the reducing agent,succinic acid as the dispersant.The effects of the dosage of succinic acid,the concentrations of silver nitrate and formaldehydeand pH value on the size of silver powder were studied.The silver powder were examined and characterized with laser size distribution analyser,XRD and SEM.The studies indicate highly pure finely dispersed spherical silve...
