摘    要:在实现水下航行器的智能化,优化弹道,提高技战性能等方面,水下航行器热动力装置采用闭环控制相对于开环控制具有明显的优势。该文以新型多速制燃料流量闭环控制水下航行器热动力系统为原型,研究了基于EASY5的水下航行器热动力系统建模与仿真,建立了仿真对象的数学模型和规范的模块化仿真模型,进行了水下航行器热动力系统设计工况(稳态)、启动过程及变工况的实时仿真。通过将仿真结果与水下航行器台架试验数据进行对比分析,结果表明,所建立的模型较为完整、准确,仿真运行可靠,研究成果满足工程需求。

Abstract:The closed-cycle control on thermal propulsion system of autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV)has an advantage over the open-cycle control in AUV intellectualization and trajectory optimization. We establish a model of closed-cycle control on fuel flow of AUV thermal propulsion system with multi-speed based on EASYS, simulate the design condition( steady-state), start-up process, and off-design condition of AUV thermal propulsion system. Compared with the bench test data of AUV, the simulation result shows that the proposed model is reliable and meets the requirement of engineering.
