(3-异氰酸酯基-4-甲基)苯氨基甲酸-2-丙烯酯的合成及其功能化乙烯-辛烯共聚物的研究

摘    要:合成了一种含异氰酸酯基团的不饱和单体(3-异氰酸酯基-4-甲基)苯氨基甲酸-2-丙烯酯(TAI)。以过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)为引发剂,将其用于乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)的自由基接枝官能化,并用化学滴定和红外光谱法测定其接枝率。采用旋转流变仪测定了 POE-g-TAI 的流变行为,并测定了其接触角,结果表明,POE-g-TAI 的模量高于 POE;对于给定的极性测定液体,接枝产物的接触角随接枝率的增加而增大。

Abstract:Ethylene-octene copolymer(POE)was functionalized with allyl(3-isocyanate-4-tolyl)car- bamate(TAI)using dicumyl peroxide(DCP)as an initiator.The FTIR peak at 2273 cm~(-1),charac- teristic of NCO groups in POE-g-TAI,revealed an evidence of grafting occurrence.The grafting de- gree was determined by using both chemical titration and FT-IR.Rheological behavior of both POE-g- TAI and POE was investigated by using a rotational rheometer.The modulus of POE-g-TAI is higher than that of POE.Surface analysis by contact angle measurement showed that contact angles of POE- g-TAI samples to a given polar liquid decrease with increasing grafting degree of TAI.
