国内单系列处理烟气量最大的制酸装置介绍

本文详细介绍了国内最大铜冶炼烟气制酸系统的工艺方案选择、工艺流程、工艺特点及系统配置、主要设备选型。制酸系统处理烟气量为29×104Nm3/h,硫酸产能为1200 kt/a,是目前国内单系列处理烟气量最大的一套。制酸采用绝热蒸发、稀酸洗涤、五段3+2Ⅲ,Ⅰ—Ⅴ,Ⅳ,Ⅱ两转两吸流程,尾气脱硫采用碱法脱硫,污酸处理采用污酸净化浓缩回用工艺。工艺设计中充分体现了节能、发展循环经济的理念。

Introduction of the Largest Gasflow Treatment Sulfur Acid System in China

The paper introduces process selection, technological process, process characteristics, system configuration and main equipment of sulfur acid system in copper smelting. The sulfur acid plant has the largest gasflow for 29 × 10^4 Nm^3/h in a single series, the production capacity is 1200 kt/a. The system takes adiabatic evaporation, weak acid-scrubbing cleaning, “3 ＋ 2” double conversion and double ab- sorption. Process of tail-gas desulphurization is sodium-hydroxide treatment. The waste acid could be re- cyclable by purification and enrichment. The process design embodies the concept of energy saving and circular economy.
