海外矿业投资项目综合评价方法研究

近年来，中国海外矿业投资急剧增长，但成功运营的海外矿业投资项目为数不多。为有效降低海外矿业项目投资风险，提高海外矿业投资成功率，把握海外矿业投资机会，需要建立一套行之有效的综合评价方法。本文在总结海外矿业投资项目综合评价要素的基础上，利用定性和定量相结合的分析计算方法，建立了海外矿业投资项目综合评价体系，并通过实际案例分析证明了该综合评价的科学性和准确性。

Study on Comprehensive Evaluation of Overseas Mining Investment Project

In recent years , the mining investment outside China was rapid increased . However , the mining projects of successful operation were very few . In order to reduce investment risks , improve the success rate of overseas mining investment , and grasp the M＆amp;A opportunity , an effective comprehensive evaluation method is need to be established . In this paper , based on key points of the mining project outside China , the qualitative and quantitative analysis method is combined , and the evaluation system of mining investment project is established . It is show n that the comprehensive evaluation method is scientific and accurate through actual case .
