黄磷尾气作为替代燃料用于石灰窑煅烧工艺

Yellow phosphorus tail gas contains high concentrations of carbon monoxide.Due to its high combustion temperature and large thermal radiation area，it is the best resource utilization way to use it as fuel.In general，the active lime kiln fuel is coal powder.Yellow phosphorus tail gas can be used as an alternative fuel in lime kiln under some certain conditions.Through the researches on combustion characteristics of yellow phosphorus tail gas，the structure characteristics of the lime kiln，temperature distribution，and on the basic requirements for alternative fuels of the lime kiln，it was verified the yellow phosphorus tail gas could be used as alternative fuel of coal powder.To do so，not only huge economic benefits will be brought，but also immeasurable environmental benefits will be generated.
