智能节电装置应用在矿热炉冶炼红土镍矿的试验研究

摘    要:红土镍矿有价金属含量低,在获得镍铁合金的同时要产生大量废渣、消耗大量电能,节能降耗已是必经之路。在矿热电炉上安装智能低压综合节电装置可以大大降低短网感抗、提高功率因数、提高冶炼效率、降低能耗及增加产能。开展这项节能技术,对红土镍矿电炉火法冶金行业具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:The content of valuable metal in laterite nickel ore is low. To obtain ferronickel alloy, a lot of waste slag and a large amount of electric energy is needed, so we must save energy and decrease energy consumption. The installation of intelligent integrated energy-saving in ore smelting electric furnace de- vice can greatly reduce the grid inductance, improve the power factor, improve smelting efficiency, re- duce energy consumption and increase production capacity. The energy saving technology has certain guiding significance to the metallurgical laterite nickel ore furnace fire industry.
