铜阳极炉稀氧燃烧技术的生产实践

摘    要:简述了稀氧燃烧技术的基本原理和主要特征,对比分析了稀氧燃烧技术的节能减排效果以及生产过程中存在的问题。通过摸索及工艺调整,缩短了阳极炉天然气还原操作时间30分钟以上。通过火焰长度的调整以及加强炉寿维护,大大延长了炉寿。

Abstract:The paper briefly introduces the basic principle and main features of dilute oxygen combustion technology, analyses and compares the effect of energy saving and emission reduction of the dilute oxygen combustion technology and some problems in the production process. The operation time for the anode furnace is shortened more than 30 minutes through the exploration and adjustment. The furnace life is greatly prolonged through adjustment of flame length and strengthening furnace maintenance.
