摘    要:介绍了高频燃烧-红外吸收法测定FZNCr-60A镍基自熔合金中碳的方法。对助熔剂的种类、加入方式以及用量做了较详细的研究,同时试验了不同的样品称样量和加入顺序,确定了先加0.3g铁助熔剂,然后加0.2g试样,最后加1.5g钨锡助熔剂的最佳的加入顺序。在没有FZNCr-60A镍基自熔合金标准样品的情况下,选择含量接近的LECO501-506钢铁中碳和硫校准样品(w(C)=0.895%±0.007%)以及其他合金标样对仪器进行了校准。将实验确定的方法用于两个含量不同的实际样品中碳的测定,测得结果分别为0.857%和0.816%,相对标准偏差小于0.18%(n=11),加标回收率在99%~101%之间。

Abstract:A method was described for the determination of carbon in nickel-matrix self-fluxing alloy by high-frequency combustion - infrared absorption. The type,adding method and dosage of the flux were studied in detail,meanwhile the dosages and adding sequence of different samples were tested,and the optimum adding sequence was determined as 0.3 g of iron,0.2 g of the sample and finally 1.5 g of tungsten-tin flux. In the absence of certified reference materials for FZNCr-60A nickel-based self-fluxing alloy,the the calibration samples( LECO 501-506) with similar content of carbon and sulfur (w(C)=0.895%±0.007%) and certified reference materials of other alloys were used to calibrate the instrument. The experimental method was used to determine the carbon content of two actual samples with different contents and the measured results were 0.857 % and 0.816 %,with the relative standard deviation less than 0.18% (n=11) and the recovery rate in the range of 99%-101%.
