摘    要:磨矿分级作业在选矿厂中的作用举足轻重,本文通过对某铜选厂磨矿分级系统进行考察,利用JKSim Met软件对考察结果进行分析讨论,从磨机给矿粒度、磨矿浓度、旋流器溢流浓度、钢球直径等方面进行了物料平衡、模拟计算和优化分析,最终得出选厂改造的合理化建议。

Optimization Analysis of Grinding and Classification Circuit Using JKSimMet Software

Abstract:Grinding and classification are very important unit operations in any mineral processing plant. This paper reports an investigation of grinding and classification system in a copper concentrator. By ana- lyzing the survey results using JKSimMet software, from the mill feed size, grinding concentration, con- centration of cyclone overflow, ball size and so on, has carried on the mass balance, simulation and opti- mization analysis. Finally. mill plant transformation rationalization proposals are obtained.
