粗铅火法初步精炼工艺的研究

摘    要:主要论述了粗铅火法精炼的原理和生产工艺,分析了现有精炼过程采用的加硫除铜工艺存在硫磺消耗多、操作环境恶劣、环境污染严重等弊端,并借鉴国内生产厂家的成功生产实践,分析了低温除铜、适量提高粗铅中As、Sb含量除铜和加铅精矿除铜等几种工艺方法相比加硫除铜工艺的优越性,提出了粗铅火法初步精炼的改进方向。

The Research of Crude Lead Pyro-refining Process

Abstract:This paper discusses mainly the principle and the process of fire refining of crude lead , and analyzes the process for removing copper by adding sulfur during refining process , which has many disadvantages , such as higher sulfur consume , bad operating environment and serious environmental pollution . With learnt from the successful pro-duction practice and through compared present process for removing copper by adding sulfur , it analyzes the advanta-ges of other processes , such as removing copper in cold temperature , removing copper by available increasing content of As and Sb in crude lead and removing copper by adding lead concentrate , then it puts forward the preliminarily up-dated methods for fire refining of crude lead .
