影响电雷管绝缘电阻因素的试验研究

摘    要:绝缘电阻是某些电雷管的电性能之一。为提高和稳定电雷管的绝缘电阻,通过电极塞表面清洗、药剂水分含量、接合缝密封粘结剂以及测试环境温湿度等对电雷管绝缘电阻的影响进行了试验,结果表明,采用酒精清洗电极塞表面可提高绝缘电阻,电雷管的绝缘电阻值随药剂水分含量增大而降低,随测试环境温湿度提高而减小,接合缝密封效果影响电雷管的绝缘电阻值。提出提高和稳定电雷管绝缘电阻的工艺措施。

Abstract:Insulation resistance is one of the electrical properties of certain electric detonators . In order to improve and stabilize the insulation resistance of electric detonator , the effect of the electrode plug surface cleaning , powder mois-ture content , bonding seam sealing adhesive , and ambient temperature and humidity on insulation resistance is tested . The results show that , using alcohol to clean the surface of the electrode plugs can improve insulation resistance , insu-lation resistance of electric detonators reduce with agents the moisture content increases , it decreases with the temper-ature and humidity improving , and Bonding seam sealing effect impacts insulation resistance of electric detonators . It proposed the process measures to improve and stabilize the insulation resistance of electric detonators .
