摘    要:APU负载压气机叶轮叶片的共振频率是维修叶轮过程中需要控制的一项指标。在分析了APU组成结构、主要作用及受力分析的基础上,对叶片的损坏情况进行了讨论,提出了将叶片共振频率测试仪与二极模糊综合评判的数学方法相结合,对叶轮的状态进行综合评价的新颖实用的方法,这将对APU维修水平的发展起到积极的促进作用。

Abstract:The resonant frequency of impeller blades in an APU load compressor is a target index necessary to be controlled in the process of impeller maintenance. Detailed analysis is made to the structure of APU, its main functions and the distribution of forces. It is suggested that blade resonant frequency measuring instruments should be applied in combination with the mathematic method of two grade fuzzy universal appraisal. The proposed novel and practical procedure can make a comprehensive evaluation on the status of impeller blades,so it is useful for the improvement of APU maintenance level.
