摘    要:大数据技术的发展使得控制系统故障诊断方法进一步丰富和完善,为此在总结大量参考文献的基础上,从控制系统故障诊断方法分类变化角度,简述了其发展历程。通过新的故障诊断方法分类,归纳总结了控制系统故障诊断方法的现状,对比分析了基于解析模型、经验知识和数据驱动方法的优缺点,最后进行了总结展望。

Abstract:The method of fault diagnosis about the control system has enriched with the technological development of the big data .The development process of fault diagnosis is described from the perspective of classification on the basis of summarizing a large number of lit‐eratures .Fault diagnosis methods of the control system are summarized through the new classification .The advantages and disadvantages of the methods based on the analytical model ,the experience knowledge and the data driven are analyzed contrastively .Finally ,a summa‐ry and outlook are made .
