摘 要: | 萝卜硫烷(1-异硫氰酸-4-甲磺酰基丁烷)是蔬菜中所发现的抗癌效果最好的植物活性物质,它是一种多功能酶诱导物,可诱导机体产生Ⅱ型解毒酶-谷光甘肽转移酶(GSD和醌还原酶(QR),此酶能中和可疑致癌物质,防止致癌物质破坏健康细胞内的遗传因子.从而起到抗癌作用。本文对萝卜硫烷的抗癌机理、生物功能及其制备方法做了详细的介绍。

Abstract: | Sulforaphane 1-isothiocyanato-4-(methylsulfinyl)-butane] can be obtained in cruciferous vegetables as one of the products of enzymatic or acid hydrolysis of glucoraphanin,which has been indentificafied the best anticarcinogenic activity. It is: a multi-functional enzyme inducer, the body can produce Ⅱ - induced detoxification enzymes - glutathione transferase (GST) and quinone Reductase (QR), this enzyme can cause cancer and suspicious substances to prevent cancer- causing material damage to healthy cells in the genes, which play a role in cancer. In this paper, a review was presented on the anticarcinogenic mechanisms, physiological function and the methods in detail as well as the isolation and purification roughly. |
