Cooperation and Management Practice of Construction Subcontractors in International Engineering Projects

Based on the practice of Sudan Branch of China Petroleum Engineering & Construction Co.,this paper probes into the key points of construction subcontractor management in international engineering projects following the philosophy of "introduction, management, guidance, service and win-win", which include selection and introduction of construction subcontractors, exploration and practice of subcontract modes, subcontract risks and coping strategy, methods of further decreasing construction costs, ensuring engineering quality and utilizing international resources to the greatest extent so as to make China Petroleum Engineering & Construction Co. be bigger and stronger, and become a first-class general contractor in the world.
