摘    要:为了探索改善微细铣削加工条件、提高微细铣削加工精度的新途径,研究了利用超声振动辅助微细铣削对工件动态变化的影响.计算分析了普通铣削和超声振动辅助铣削加工时主切削力波形特点,建立了刀具/工件振动系统模型,理论计算了施加超声振动前后工件的动态位移,并以2A12为实验材料进行了铣槽实验验证.理论分析和实验结果表明,进给方向超声振动辅助微细铣削可以获得近似脉冲状的切削力,获得均匀细小的切屑,同时减小工件在切削加工中的动态变化,有助于提高加工尺寸精度.

Abstract:In order to explore new way for improving the micro-milling condition and enhancing the micro-milling accuracy,the influence of ultrasonic vibration assisted micro-milling on the dynamic change of workpiece was investigated.The waveform characteristics of main cutting force for both common milling and ultrasonic vibration assisted micro-milling were calculated and analyzed.A tool-workpiece vibration system model was established,and the dynamic displacement of workpiece before and after imposing ultrasonic vibration was theoretically calculated.The milling groove test with taking 2A12 as experimental material was performed for verification.The theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the ultrasonic vibration assisted micro-milling in feed direction can obtain the pulse-like cutting force,attain the uniform and small chips,reduce the dynamic change of workpiece during milling,and improve the dimensional accuracy of milling at the same time.
