| 摘 要： | 近几年来,EPC总承包模式在石油化工领域的应用发展十分迅速。新疆寰球工程公司陆续承接了一些EPC总承包项目,经过几年的探索,已建立起了一套适应EPC总承包项目运作的管理体系。文章就该公司构建项目协调手册,提高项目协调管理效率和科学性方面的工作进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | In recent years,EPC management mode is rapidly and widely applied in petrochemical sector.Xinjiang Huanqiu Engineering Co.has undertaken some EPC projects for several years,and established a set of management system suitable for EPC project from many years’ experience.This paper discusses the work done by the Huanqiu Engineering Co.in establishing the project coordination manual and raising the efficiency and scientificity of project coordinative management. |
