摘    要:为了对数控铣削加工中心的切削振动进行有效控制,通过变参数切削实验,采用对振动信号进行时域和频域分析以及对机床数控系统访问等方法,得出了不同切削参数下切削振动信号时域与频域特性的变化规律.利用振动信号的均方根值、幅值谱和主轴电机功率进行变参数切削控制,得出了切削振动控制策略.通过有效改变机床主轴转速和进给速度的方法使振动得到控制,利用切削参数自适应技术实现了对数控机床切削振动的控制.通过实验验证了控制效果良好.

Abstract:In order to effectively control the cutting vibration of computer numerical control(CNC) milling machining center,the change rule of time and frequency domain features for cutting vibration signals under different cutting parameters was obtained through performing the variable parameter cutting tests and adopting such methods as time and frequency domain analysis for vibration signals as well as machine tool CNC system visitation.The root mean square value and amplitude spectrum of vibration signals and the power of a spindle motor were used to carry out the variable parameter cutting control,and then the control strategy for cutting vibration was attained.The vibration was controlled through effectively changing the rotating and feeding speed of machine tool spindle.The cutting vibration control of CNC machine tool was realized with the adoptive technology of cutting parameters.The good control effect is proved with the tests.
