地面蒸汽管道热力计算模型及影响因素分析

摘    要:稠油注蒸汽开采过程中地面蒸汽管道的能量损失直接影响着注汽热采效果,合理的地面蒸汽管道能量计算模型十分重要.目前已有一些关于地面蒸汽管道能量损失的计算模型,但是应用于现场实际工程计算还存在不足之处.为了能更好地与现场工程实际相结合,基于地面蒸汽管道传热特点,建立了管道的热损失、压降、干度工程计算模型,编制了计算程序,并分析了影响管内蒸汽干度的因素.研究结果表明,编程计算数据与现场数据吻合较好.

Thermodynamic Calculation Model and Influencing Factors Analysis of Ground Steam Pipeline

Abstract:In the process of heavy oil exploitation,the energy loss of the ground steam pipelines directly affects the oil thermal recovery with steam injection,a reasonable calculation model is important for the surface energy loss of the steam pipelines.There are already some calculation models about the ground steam pipeline energy loss,but there are still shortcomings in applying the models to the actual field engineering calculations.In order to combine with the field reality better,this paper establishes the engineering calculation model dealing with heat loss,pressure drop and dryness based on the heat transfer characteristics of the ground steam pipelines,then transfers it to a computer program,analyzes the factors which impact the steam dryness inside the pipeline.The results show that the calculated data match the actual data well.
