| 摘 要： | 根据装置紧急泄放的要求,国外某油田中心处理站需要布置完善的火炬系统,以满足装置区域内的应急工况。文章通过对站内火炬管网的设计计算,总结出火炬管网的设计计算流程,并对安全泄放装置泄放量的计算、火炬管网的分析和校核重点、对设计的优化等进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | A consummative flare network is needed to meet emergent relief requirement of the equipment at a foreign oilfield central treatment station.This paper summarizes the design calculation flow of this flare network,and discusses the relief capacity calculation of the safety relief equipment,the key points of analysis and checkup for the flare network as well as its design optimization. |
