摘    要:羟自由基·OH是氧化能力极强的自由基,其氧化能力仅次于氟,能很容易地氧化各种有机物和无机物.在众多测定羟自由基·OH的方法中,本文选择采用甲基紫分光光度法测·OH,从实验结果看,实验方法简单,试剂易得,效果良好.

Abstract:Hydroxyl radical(OH)is a kind of free radical with extreme strong oxidizing ability,its oxidative capacity is second only to fluoride,so the hydroxyl radical can easily oxidize various organic and inorganic substances.In this paper,spectrophotometric determination of OH with methyl violet was carried out.The results show that the method is simple,inexpensive and good results.
