| 摘 要： | 部分高温、高压加氢反应器体积、质量过大,超出车辆运载的限度,需要进行现场组焊及热处理,由于该反应器的操作条件极为苛刻,因此对焊接性能的要求较高。文章结合工程实例,系统地介绍了加氢反应器现场组对、焊接、热处理等重要工序的施工方法及质量控制措施。

| Abstract: | Some high temperature and high pressure hydrogenation reactors have excessive volumes and masses beyond the carrying capacity of a vehicle,so that they need assembly welding on site.Because of the extreme operation conditions of the hydrogenation reactors,the high welding performance is needed.After the brief introduction of the types and basic structures of several hydrogenation reactors used in petrochemical equipment,the construction method and quality control measures of field assembly,welding and heat treatment of hydrogenation reactors are systematically illustrated in combination with engineering practice. |
