摘    要:基于计算流体力学(CFD)方法,应用FLUENT软件,以脱油型液-液水力旋流器为原型,探索多孔溢流管式结构对旋流器分离性能和压力特性的影响。研究了多孔溢流管式旋流器溢流管的伸入长度及溢流管直径的影响。研究发现,溢流管伸入长度加长能起到聚结作用,多孔溢流管式旋流器可提高溢流口处的油相体积分数,有利于轻质分散相油相的向上流动。

Abstract:Based on the computational fluid dynamic method,the effects of the porous overflow-pipe structure on the separation performance and pressure property of the hydrocyclone were explored applying the FLUENT software and taking as the prototype the deoiling liquid-liquid hydraulic hydrocyclone.The extension length of the overflow pipe of the hydrocyclone and the diameter of the pipe were studied.The findings show that the increase of the extension length of the pipe can cause coalescence.The hydrocyclone can improve the oil phase concentration at the overflow mouth,which is conducive to the upward movement of lightweight dispersed phase.
