摘    要:长输管道山区段沿途地形较为复杂,管道的高差大,在管道试压时必须考虑到地形高差所带来的影响,合理划分试压段,减少试压管道内残余空气可提高试压效率。文章结合西气东输第18标段水压试验,阐述了山区段水压试验的难点、管道试压分段方式及减少试压段内空气残余量的方法。

Abstract:Terrains along long-distance pipelines in mountainous area are relatively complex.The altitude difference of the pipeline in such area is large,which must be considered in pipeline hydrostatic test.Reasonably dividing the pipeline into segments for hydrostatic test and reducing residual air in the test pipeline can improve the efficiency of the test.Combining with the hydrostatic test of the 18th bidding section of the West-East Gas Pipeline,this paper expounds the difficulties in hydrostatic test in mountainous area,the pipeline segmenting way for hydrostatic test and the method of reducing residual air in the test pipeline.
