全容式LNG储罐混凝土外罐的罐壁罐顶厚度取值研究

摘    要:全容式LNG储罐的混凝土外罐是由圆形底板、圆柱形预应力罐壁和穹形罐顶组成的超静定结构。在进行混凝土外罐的有限元分析时,必须先确定外罐的几何尺寸,这些几何尺寸的合理与否关系到计算分析的效率。通过对外罐在起控制作用的荷载作用下的受力特性分析,结合不同设计极限状态下的强度和正常使用要求及各自的荷载系数,推导了罐顶厚度、罐顶腋部厚度和罐壁厚度的计算公式。研究结果已应用到江苏LNG、大连LNG的工程设计中,证明是正确的。

Study on Roof and Wall Thickness Values of Outer Concrete Tank of Full-Containment LNG Storage Tank

Abstract:The concrete outer tank of a full-containment LNG storage tank consists of circular bottom slab,cylindrical wall and dome roof,and is a statically indeterminate structure.When the finite element analysis is used for the outer concrete tank,the geometric dimensions of the tank should be determined at first and the rationality of these values will affect the efficiency of the analysis.By analyzing the property of the outer tank under the major loads which will control the section design,and taking the requirements of strength and service and load factors under different design limited states into account,the formulas of calculating the roof thickness,haunch thickness and wall thickness are deduced in this paper.The research results have been applied to the designs of Jiangsu and Dalian LNG projects and proved to be correct.
