摘    要:鉴于传统检测方法的不足,研制了一种基于磁记忆检测原理的高压管汇直管便携式检测仪。介绍了高压管汇磁记忆检测及评价方法流程,对含典型缺陷的高压管汇进行磁记忆检测,对其剩余强度进行分析,建立了磁记忆检测信号与剩余强度的评价指标。分析结果表明,磁记忆检测信号值与高压管汇的缺陷类型、缺陷尺寸参数具有明显的相关性;检测信号可以较好地反映缺陷尺寸的变化;高压管汇的缺陷类型、缺陷尺寸参数与其剩余强度存在一定的定量关系,可据此关系建立高压管汇的检测评价标准;该研究内容可为高压管汇的定量化安全评价提供一种新思路。

Research on the detection and safety assessment technology of high pressure manifolds

Abstract:Considering the weakness of traditional detection method and the characteristic of magnetic memory detection method,a kind of portable detector for high pressure manifolds was developed on the basis of magnetic memory detection principle.The method and procedure for detecting and assessing the magnetic memory detection of high pressure manifolds were introduced.The magnetic memory detection of the manifolds with typical defects was conducted and the residual strength was analyzed.The assessment indexes for magnetic memory detection signals and residual strength were established.The result shows that the magnetic memory detection signal values are strongly relevant to the parameters of the defect categories and dimensions of the manifolds.The signals detected can well reflect the change of the defect dimensions.There is a certain quantitative relation between the defect categories and dimensions and the residual strength.This relation can be used to establish the detection and assessment standard for the manifolds.
