新型双层笼套式节流阀分析

为提高节流阀的节流效果,提出了一种新型双层笼套式节流阀。该节流阀由2个开有小孔的笼套同轴线地嵌套在一起,在1个节流阀内有2个节流元件,可对流体进行2次节流,从而起到2次节流的作用。探讨了笼套上小孔轴线重合和小孔轴线成45°角的2种不同结构的节流阀的节流情况,并分别对2种结构的节流阀进行了流场仿真分析,分析结果表明,轴线不重合的结构要比轴线重合结构的节流效果好,笼套受冲刷程度也相对较严重。

An Analysis of the Neotype Double Corbula-type Throttle Valve

To improve the throttling effect of throttle valve,a new type of double corbula-type throttle valve was introduced.The valve has two holed corbulas which are nested along the same axial line.There are two throttling elements in one throttle valve.A secondary throttling of fluid can be conducted and thus a second-time throttling effect can be achieved.In addition the throttling condition of the throttle valve with two different structures was introduced with the keyholes in the corbula in axial coincidence and forming an angle of 45°with the hole axis.A flow field simulation analysis of the valves with two different structures was conducted.The analysis shows that there is a better throttling effect for the structure with axial misalignment than that with axial coincidence but there is a relatively serious erosion for the former.
