LNG标准在江苏LNG项目建设中的应用与探讨

目前国内在LNG项目建设中,由于尚未形成系统的国内标准,因此借鉴和应用国外LNG规范标准至关重要。文章结合江苏LNG项目建设的实际情况,阐述了如何正确理解几类常用国内外现行标准规范的条款及在实践中的灵活应用,并对条款中尚未明确的内容提出了建议。旨在为同行提供一定的参考,也有助于形成和完善国内的LNG标准。

Application of LNG Standard in Jiangsu LNG Project Construction and Discussion

In the construction of domestic LNG (liquefied natural gas) projects, there is no systematic domestic standards, so the introduction and application of foreign LNG standards plays a vital role at present.This paper discusses briefly how to correctly understand some kinds of terms and articles in the domestic and foreign standards currently used and how to flexibly use them in practice; it also gives some suggestions about the unclear contents of the terms and articles. The authors hope that this paper can provide a reference for LNG industry and help the formation and optimization of domestic LNG standards.
