摘    要:钻井过程中钻屑颗粒吸附钻头、BHA面形成泥包导致重复破碎,严重影响钻井速度。为此,提出改变润湿钻井液需具备功能及处理剂分子结构要求,研发了改变润湿防止钻头泥包剂(KSZJ-1)。通过润湿性、表面张力、吸附效应等试验对改变润湿防止钻头泥包剂的润湿性和改善钻头泥包的性能进行了评价,试验结果表明,KSZJ-1一方面在钻屑表面形成单分子吸附层防止钻屑附聚造成重复切削;另一方面改变岩石表面及孔隙内部的润湿性,降低岩石的表面张力;而且在钻头、BHA面以有机膦定向吸附的形式形成强定向多分子层物理和化学吸附,显著减少钻头泥包的现象。

Abstract:The bit is adsorbed by drilling cutting particles in the process of drilling, the bit bailing is formed on the BHA face to cause repetitive crushing and the penetration rate will then be severely affected. Therefore, the function of the wetting-changing drilling fluid and the requirement of the molecular structure of the treatment agent are formulated. The agent for changing wetting and removing bit balling (KSZJ-1) was developed. An evaluation was conducted of the improvement of the wettability of the agent and the performance of bit balling through the experiments of wettability, surface tension and adsorption effect. The experimental findings show that on the one hand, the KSZJ-can form a unimolecular adsorption layer on the drilling cutting surface to prevent the cutting agglomeration which may cause repetitive cutting. On the other hand, the wettability of rock surface and porous interior can be improved to lower the surface tension of rock. Moreover, the physical and chemical adsorption of the strong directional polymolecular layer can be produced in the form of organic phosphine directional adsorption at the bit and on the BHA face. As a result, bit balling is reduced remarkably.
