摘    要:连续管抽出卷筒以及进入注入装置的生产过程中,经历了一系列的弯曲与回弹。采用应力学方法对连续管弯曲回弹进行了相关分析,根据材料特性,重点对连续管弯曲后成塑性进行了研究。推导出了计算连续管弯曲回弹处于弹性变形阶段的最小弯曲半径的计算公式。公式表明,连续管弯曲回弹最小弯曲半径与壁厚成反比,与外径成正比。最后指出,得到的计算模型可以为连续管现场应用提供一定的理论依据。

Abstract:The stress theoretical method was adopted to conduct the relevant analysis of bending springback of coiled tubing referring to coiled tubing in the drum and in the production process of entry into the injecting device.The research focus was on the plasticity of coiled tubing after bending according to the material property.The calculation formula was derived for coiled tubing bending springback in the minimum bending radius at the elastic denaturation stage.The formula shows that the minimum bending radius is inversely proportional to wall thickness and directly proportional to outer radius.Finally,it is pointed out that the calculation model obtained can provide some theoretical basis for field application of coiled tubing.
