射孔器承压结构可靠性试验与验证分析

摘    要:为了评估射孔器承压结构的可靠性,从射孔器承压结构——粉末冶金堵片材料强度试验、堵片性能的分布统计、推导危险点的应力表达式、可靠性计算和可靠性验证几方面着手,给出了评估射孔器承压结构可靠性的方法。分析结果表明,粉末冶金材料的堵片具有很好的线性特征,承压结构的性能关系符合结构的力学特点;三参数威布尔分布适合统计堵片的承压性能,堵片材料性能的分散性较大;实际工程中承压结构承受水压时,堵片底部中心的应力最大,是结构的失效点;蒙特卡洛方法适合承压结构的可靠性计算,射孔器承压结构是一个串联系统;堵片性能的统计试验和可靠性算法是正确的。

Abstract:To assess the reliability of the pressurized structure of the perforator,the method to assess the reliability of the pressurized structure of the perforator was introduced in the paper.The research was conducted through the experiment of the pressurized structure of the perforator,namely,the experiment of the strength of the powder metallurgy jam material,the distribution statistics of the jam performance,derivation of the stress expression of the dangerous point,and calculation and verification of the reliability.The result shows that the jam of powder metallurgy material is characterized by very desirable linear property.The performance relation of the pressurized structure agrees with the mechanical feature of the structure.The three-parameter Weibull distribution is suitable for the pressurization performance of the statistic jam.The dispersiveness of the jam material performance is remarkable.The stress of the center of the jam bottom reaches the maximum when the pressurized structure bears load in practical engineering.This is the failure point of the structure.The Monte Carlo method is suitable for the calculation of the pressurized structure.
