| 摘 要： | 介绍了常规聚氨酯泡沫材料的原料及合成;叙述了端羟基聚异丁烯预聚物的制备方法,端羟基聚异丁烯预聚体与异氰酸酯反应可制得含聚异丁烯链段的聚氨酯,叙述了聚异丁烯聚氨酯材料的研究进展;提出了聚异丁烯聚氨酯泡沫材料存在的问题和未来的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Raw materials and synthesis processes of conventional polyurethane foams were introduced.The preparation method of hydroxy-terminated polyisobutene prepolymer was discussed;the hydroxy-terminated polyisobutene prepolymer can react with isocyanate to prepare polyurethane with polyisobutylene segment.Research progress in polysiobutylene-based urethane materials was described.Problems existed in polysiobutylene-based urethane foams and its application prospect were discussed. |
