摘    要:油气管道穿越施工常用大开挖的方法,但如果遇到穿越高速公路、铁路等交通频繁或无法阻断交通的道路,大开挖施工就无法实施,顶管穿越施工就成了主要的施工方式。在顶管施工过程中,当地质条件较差或者顶管长度较长时,混凝土涵管就位的准确性比较难把握,会造成混凝土涵管弯曲和损坏等严重后果。本工法利用激光方向性好和光束集中的特性,将其运用到顶管施工中,起到良好的导向纠偏作用。

Application of Laser Guide Deviation Rectifying Technique in Pipe-pushing Construction by Reverse Manual Digging Method

Abstract:In oil-gas pipeline crossing construction,when a pipeline has to cross express way or railway where the traffic is heavy or unable to be interrupted,the often used large excavation construction method can not be applied,the pipe-pushing construction method becomes the main construction option.In the pipe-pushing construction,if geological condition is poor or pipe-pushing length is relatively long,the positioning precision control of concrete culvert pipe is difficult and it may lead to some serious results such as pipe being bent and ruptured.The method described in this paper takes the advantage of the perfect directional and concentrative laser beam and achieves a good deviation rectifying effect in pipe-pushing construction.
