E128恒减速液压制动系统的原理及应用

摘    要:对邢东矿使用的E128提升机恒减速液压制动系统进行了全面分析,通过自动调节制动力矩,提升机按照考虑到各种综合因素所设定的减速度进行制动,从根本上改善制动性能,有效地提高提升机安全制动时的可靠性和安全性。

Abstract:This paper analyzes constant deceleration hydraulic brake system of E128 hoist completely which used in the Xingdong Coal Mine. Hoist can brake on granted deceleration in consideration of every kind of synthetical factors by regulating brake moment automatically. This improves brake function thoroughly and promotes reliability and safety effectively when hoist brakes.
