基于ABAQUS谐波齿轮柔轮变形与应力研究

摘    要:采用ABAQUS软件建立了谐波齿轮有限元实体模型,对波发生器装配过程以及谐波齿轮动态工作过程进行了仿真,得到了两过程中柔轮的变形与应力分布状况。研究表明:柔轮初始变形函数存在误差,但误差不大,在柔轮装配应力中周向正应力是主要组成,柔轮周向正应力与周向切应力皆沿着筒长方向递减,但周向切应力有一过渡区域;柔轮动载径向变形曲线在某区域内不在遵循正(余)弦曲线规律,周向变形曲线有轻微的相位角偏移,在齿圈区域柔轮动态Mise应力曲线存在明显的四个波峰,筒体区域Mise应力曲线波动幅度不大。

Abstract:This paper uses ABAQUS to establish finite element entity model of harmonic gear, simulate waves generator assembling process and dynamic working process, receives deformation and stress'distribution of flexspline in the two processes. Research shows that the initial deformation function of flexspline has deviation, which is not enough big. In the assembly stress, the circumferential Normal stress is main component. Along the direction of tube, the circumferential normal stress and circumferential shear stress reduce gradually, but there is a transition region in the circumferential shear stress. In some regions, radial deformation curve disobeys the rule of sine (cosine), and circumferential deformation curve has phase angle moving, and dynamic Mise stress curve of flexspline has four obvious peaks in gear regional, and in cylinder regional, dynamic Mise stress curve has little fluctuation.
