苛性钠分解黑钨矿的热力学分析

摘    要:对于不涉及电子得失的复分解反应,除了使用ε-pH图分析问题,也可将竖轴改用来表示浓度变化关系,这样得到了lgC-pH图。本文运用热力学数据,绘制了25℃时Fe-W-H2O体系和Mn-W-H2O体系的溶解组分lgC-pH图。热力学分析结果表明:黑钨矿既可以被酸分解,又可以被碱分解。苛性钠分解黑钨矿时,碱性的增加有利于黑钨矿的分解;只要维持一定的碱度,就可有效进行黑钨矿的碱分解。

Abstract:As to replacement reaction without gain and loss of electrons,it is unnecessary to use ε-pH diagram for analysis.The electric potential of vertical axis can be changed into concentration to obtain the lgC-pH diagram.Equilibrium diagrams of Fe-W-H2O system and Mn-W-H2O system are established on the basis of thermodynamic data.The diagram,which is constructed at 25℃,shows the relationship between pH value and concentration of containing ions.Thermodynamic analysis shows that wolframite not only can be decomposed by acid but also by alkali.The increasing alkalinity is helpful to the decomposition of wolframite.In order to decompose wolframite effectively,it is essential to maintain certain caustic concentration.
