X射线衍射物相定量分析

摘    要:在Rigaku D/max-2200pc型X射线衍射仪分析软件的基础上,制作了SiO2定量分析所用的内标曲线舜口外标曲线,并对几组混合物样品中的SiO2进行了定量分析,结果舜口配比值完全一致,说明这两种定量分析方法均能运用于多相混合物中物相的定量分析。

Abstract:Based on the phase quantitative software of Rigaku D/max-2200pc X-Ray Diffractometer, the internal standard curve and external standard curve of SiO2 sample was tested. The SiO2 content of some other mixtures were analyzed with the two standard curves respectively. It showed that the test result was well accorded with the designed one, which indicated that these two methods could meet the needs of phase quantitative analysis in multi-phase mixture.
