The Implication of the Popularization of Western Higher Education for China |

| Abstract: | The paper dwells on the theory of the popularization of higher education, explores the transitional periods from "the Elite Education" to "the Popular Education" in such developed countries as UK, USA, Japan and suggests certain ways in carrying out the program of the popularization of higher education in China. |
