酸化优化设计在石西油田SH1026井的应用研究

摘    要:本文针对石西油SH1026井的特殊现状和该井所属区块地质特征,优选出了适合SH1026井的酸化液配方。结合损害程度和损害半径对产能的影响及沉淀带对油井产能的影响,采用Ac idgude基质酸化设计系统优化出适合SH1026井的施工工艺和规模,并进行了现场应用。室内实验表明,90℃下该配方主体酸对1.60g/cm2的泥浆粉末2h的溶蚀率为71.18%,对石西1井岩心粉末2h的溶蚀率为59.86%,该酸化液防腐性能好、配方应用表明,酸化后SH1026井日产油量逐步上升,含水率逐步下降,日产油从酸化前1.5 t逐步上升到酸化后日产油34.46 t,含水率从酸化前82.67%逐步下降到酸化后26.35%。图5表4参5
