超深稠油井解堵技术研究与应用

摘    要:鲁克沁油田是一个断块状超深稠油油田,油井平均单井日产量5.8 t/d,最高达18 t/d。但在开发过程中,部分新钻水平井产量达不到设计要求,且递减速度快;在注常温清水开发时,部分井投注后,注水压力上升较快,水井欠注严重。对稠油井堵塞机理的分析表明,稠油油水井堵塞主要为有机质堵塞,其次为无机质堵塞。在解除近井筒附近污染时,首先解除有机质堵塞,才可使酸液体系有效进入储层深部。用酸碱复合解堵配方,在油田油水井现场应用12井次,措施有效率100%。其中油井解堵2井次,累计增油约4800 t,平均单井增油5.9 t/d;水井解堵10井次,平均单井视吸水指数增加1.91 m3/d MPa,有效期大于300 d。
