摘    要:结合面是影响机床动态特性的关键因素,在机床有限元建模过程中必须考虑结合面的影响.以某车铣复合加工中心为研究对象,基于固定结合面和移动结合面的有限元建模,建立了整机的有限元模型.对整机有限元模型进行模态分析,并对整机进行模态试验,然后将整机的模态分析的计算结果与实验结果相比较,证实了该有限元模型的准确性和该结合面建模方法的有效性.

Abstract:Joint surface is the key effect factor of the dynamic performance of the machine tool,Joint surface must be considered in finite element modeling of the machine.Based on finite element modeling of fixed joint surface and mobile joint surface,researching a turning-milling compound machining centers,put forward one kind of finite element modeling methods,and apply to the finite element analysis of the machine tool.Compare the results of modal analysis by finite element computing and testing,then the FEA model...
