基于UG的整体硬质合金立铣刀数字化建模

摘    要:针对高速铣削对刀具高准确度的要求,建立了整体硬质合金立铣刀的数学模型.基于Unigraphics软件和SQL Server数据库开发了整体硬质合金立铣刀的数字化设计系统,实现了参数检查、主要几何参数计算、三维建模及其图纸的生成、过切干涉检验和立铣刀历史设计数据重用.

Abstract:The mathematical model of solid carbide end mill was given aiming at the demand of high degree of accuracy tools in high speed milling.A digital design system for solid carbide end mill was designed based on second development of UG and SQL Server.This system realize parameter testing,mainly geometric calculation,three-dimensional modeling,cutting interference inspection and historical design data reuse of end mill.
