| 摘 要： | 针对产品族设计中产品的相似性和零部件的可替换性等特点,将矩阵的思想应用到产品族模块化设计中.在分析建立功能部件间关联特征的基础上,提出了一种基于模糊设计结构矩阵的过程量化的产品族设计模块化方法.并通过对模块功能部件间关联矩阵的着重分析,确定了模块化设计任务的执行顺序.最后,通过某汽油发动机的模块化设计实例展示了该方法的有效性.

| Abstract: | Based on similarity of products and flexibility of components of product family design,an idea of matrix is applied to product family modular design.With the analysis of in-context features of relevant parts,a kind of design method using fuzzy design structure matrix is built.And the execution order of the modular design is also obtained.The effectiveness of this design method is proved by the case of modular design of certain petrol engine. |
