| 摘 要： | 文章在油烟管道清洗机器人的机械结构设计的基础上,重点研究了基于单片机控制的油烟管道清洗机器人的开放式控制系统,完成了清洗机器人的控制策略和控制系统的软硬件结构的实现.通过运动控制模块,避障检测模块、视频监控、遥控模块的设计,完成了变位履带式移动装置驱动、管道内壁喷淋冲洗及视频监控工作任务.该机器人结构简单、控制灵活,系统工作稳定,为油烟管道清洗机器人监控自动清洗技术的进一步研究提供了平台.
